Qualified & Experienced hair / beauty practitioners

This is when you have been in the field full- time continuously for minimum of 2 years.

With proof of qualification and references from previous employers and an understanding our procedure, we can assist in finding a position with us, depending on availability.

If you have not been with us as a graduate, you will need to be assessed for entry into a position in our workshop. There may be written, oral and practical assessments. Accordingly, we will then determine your skills level, regardless of how much experience you may claim to have. This will determine your work opportunities.

According to your assessments, you may or may not need to be a Therapist before you can become a qualified therapist in your field. You will be reviewed every six months as a full-time employee or every year as a part-time employee. This will also depend on your ratings and votes from clients and colleagues, both on your overall performance and on your ability to work as part of a team. When you have high to excellent feedback from clients' votes, you can apply for promotion and take advantage of our benefits as a qualified therapist.

As with graduates, in order for you to be able to take full advantage of what we can offer, you would have to sign up with us: a minimum contract of six months is required. Look under therapist for more details.
