Coming back to the field

For those who are already qualified and experienced, but are returning to field after time away.

With proof of qualification and references from previous employers, we can find you a position with us, depending on availability.

You will be treated as a graduate and will need to be assessed for entry into a position in our workshop. There may be written, oral and practical assessments. Accordingly, we will then determine your skills level, regardless of how much experience you may claim to have. This will determine your work opportunities.

According to these assessments, you may need to work as an Assistant therapist or Therapist before you can become a Qualified and Experienced Therapist or Senior Therapist for us. You will be reviewed every six months if you are working on a full-time basis, or every year on part-time basis.

This will also depend on your ratings and votes from clients and colleagues, both on your overall performance and on your ability to work as part of a team. When you have high to excellent feedback from clients' votes, you can apply for promotion and take advantage of our benefits as a qualified therapist.

As with graduates, in order for you to be able to take full advantage of what we can offer, you would have to sign up with us: a minimum contract of six months is required. Look under therapist for more details. If you have any further enquires, email us
